The Spring 2026 Editorial Advisory Board meeting for Institutional Real Estate Americas brought together institutional investors, investment managers, consultants and other industry participants to discuss the issues shaping private real estate portfolios across the United States and Canada.
Held April 14–16 at The Boca Raton in Boca Raton, Fla., the biannual meeting is designed to identify the most pressing challenges facing institutional real estate investors, encourage open discussion and help guide the publication’s editorial direction for the year ahead.
Ahead of the meeting, board members submitted proposed discussion topics reflecting the challenges they face in portfolio management. Those topics were consolidated and distributed in advance to inform facilitated large- and small-group discussions.
