Camden Council has resolved to grant planning permission for Camden Film Quarter, a landmark £1 billion ($1.34 billion) creative-led regeneration project that will create one of the United Kingdom’s and Europe’s most significant film and television production campuses and establish a global destination for the creative industries in the heart of London.

Located a five-minute walk from Kentish Town Underground and Thameslink stations and within easy reach of Kentish Town West Overground station, Camden Film Quarter will bring together 11 purpose-built sound stages, production and post-production facilities, creative workspace, specialist education, new homes, including 50 percent affordable housing, public parks and community infrastructure in a single integrated master plan.
