Sixth Street has acquired the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa, a 193-key luxury mountain resort in one of the nation’s premier ski destinations, for $176 million from Braemar Hotels & Resorts. Sixth Street completed the transaction in partnership with Riller Capital.
Located in the heart of Beaver Creek Village, Park Hyatt Beaver Creek offers a premier ski-in/ski-out setting within one of Colorado’s most desirable year-round resort destinations. The hotel benefits from direct access to Beaver Creek Mountain and immediate proximity to the village’s restaurants, boutiques and performing arts center, creating a highly amenitized alpine experience for leisure and group demand.
