Realy Bostad, the Swedish residential real estate platform backed by London-based, Pan-European investor Matter Real Estate, has agreed to acquire the development rights for approximately 185 rental apartments in the Haga district of Mölnlycke, in Härryda municipality. The seller and development partner is Tornstaden, one of western Sweden’s leading property developers and contractors.
The acquisition marks Realy Bostad’s third transaction in four months, increasing the platform’s footprint to approximately 1,350 units, and reflects continued deployment into Sweden’s structurally undersupplied rental housing market.
The project, known as Norrgården, forms part of Realy Bostad’s strategy to scale a high-quality rental housing portfolio in Sweden’s strongest metropolitan growth regions.
