Interstate Equities Corp. (IEC) has named Nikki Chavez as director of capital formation.
In her new role, Chavez will spearhead IEC’s capital formation and investor relations efforts, developing and managing relationships with institutional and private investors and overseeing fundraising across the firm’s investment vehicles.
Most recently, she served as head of investor relations and capital raising at BKM Capital Partners, where she oversaw capital formation across a dedicated fund strategy and joint venture platform. Her background includes roles at Berkadia, PIMCO and Healthpeak Properties.
