BlueWater Marinas has acquired Bayside Marine, a full-service marina located in Duxbury, Mass. Bayside represents the fifth marina acquired by Bain Capital and BlueWater as part of their joint venture.
Owned and operated by the Kent family since 1949, Bayside Marine has become a cornerstone of the Duxbury boating community and is supported by decades of operational excellence in one of Massachusetts’ most affluent and supply-constrained coastal markets. Situated on Duxbury Bay with direct access to Cape Cod Bay, the property serves as a premier launch point for fishing and cruising across the South Shore and Cape Cod region.
