Cerberus sells three-hotel portfolio in Mallorca to Hoteles Globales

by Released

Hoteles Globales, a Mallorca-based hotel chain with more than 50 properties worldwide and a strong presence in Spain, has acquired a portfolio of three hotels on the Mediterranean island of Mallorca from an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management.

The transaction was co-advised by CBRE and JLL on behalf of the seller, alongside Cuatrecasas and PwC, while the buyer was advised by EY.

The portfolio acquired by Hoteles Globales comprises three properties totaling 488 rooms in strategic locations across Mallorca. These include Caprice Concord, a four-star beachfront hotel in Can Picafort with 142 rooms; Caprice Janeiro, also a four-star property in the same area with 233 rooms; and Caprice Isabel, a three-star hotel in Cala Bona offering 113 rooms. These assets stand out for their strong leisure positioning and prime locations in well-established destinations on the island.

With this transaction, Cerberus completes the divestment of the assets owned by the Caprice
