Walker & Dunlop has arranged a $464.5 million loan to finance Atma Miami, a 4.25-acre bayfront parcel in Miami’s Brickell district. The assemblage represents the largest and final developable waterfront site of its scale in the neighborhood and sets the record for the single largest land acquisition loan closed in Miami.
The property currently includes a 32-story office tower and a 31-story rental building, offering 485 feet of continuous Biscayne Bay frontage.
