Matt Pomeroy has been appointed managing director, valuations, at Sagard Real Estate.
He has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to his role at Sagard Real Estate, Pomeroy was the head of asset valuation at Chatham Financial and a senior vice president and executive committee member at National Valuation Consultants.
