The Washington State Investment Board (WSIB) has committed $400 million in a follow-on investment to Evergreen Real Estate Partners, according to meeting materials from Sept. 18, 2025.
WSIB has previously committed a total of $5.7 billion to Evergreen, since 2004. This value-add fund invests in a mix of properties in the United States.
As of June 30, 2025, WSIB had a total of $222.5 billion in total assets under management, with an 18 percent real estate allocation target and $41.2 billion in total real estate assets.
