Tahari Realty has appointed Aryeh Vilinsky as managing partner and head of commercial leasing.
Vilinsky, who previously led the commercial leasing division at BH Realty, brings extensive expertise in retail leasing and tenant representation, with a proven track record of delivering results in New York’s highly competitive market. Over the last three years, he has executed 44 leases totaling more than 95,000 square feet and $25 million in transactions. His portfolio includes notable deals for BonBon across multiple locations, Absolute Power Fitness in Bushwick, Daniel Arsham’s Long Island City studio, Ferrane Bakery in Brooklyn Heights and Court Street Bagels in Cobble Hill.
