Pictet Alternative Advisors (PAA), the alternative investment business of the Pictet Group, and Stoneweg, an alternative investment group, have announced the launch of Axis, a specialized logistics platform for the Dutch market. The platform will invest in small and mid-box logistics assets, with a strong focus on prime urban and last-mile locations in the Randstad area and targeted key logistics markets across the Dutch regions.
Axis is seeded with eight high-quality logistics properties, which have been acquired in seven off-market transactions during the first half of 2025. The portfolio has a total size of approximately 60,000 square meters (646,000 square feet) LFA and 100 percent occupancy. The assets are situated in attractive logistics markets in the Randstad area (Rotterdam/Utrecht/Almere) and key hubs such as Waalwijk, Oss, Deventer and Maastricht.
