Core Spaces announces new mixed-use development in Midtown, Atlanta

by Released

Core Spaces, in partnership with Capstone Communities, has shared its new master-planned, mixed-use development in Midtown Atlanta, located near Georgia Institute of Technology.

This multi-phase development will transform one of the last major undeveloped sites in Midtown into a vibrant, pedestrian-oriented destination. The first phase, led by Core, is by-right and will include 1,600 beds and more than 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.

The planned development will offer layered amenities and street-level retail designed to activate the pedestrian experience, along with a third-floor amenity deck that enhances the project’s architectural character and complements the surrounding urban fabric.

Dwell Design Studio has been selected as the architect for Phase 1, slated to be completed in 2029. Capstone Communities will lead Phase 2 of the development.
