Kayne Anderson to deliver 1,300-bed student housing development, acquire 16-building Bay Area industrial portfolio

Kayne Anderson Real Estate, in partnership with Core Spaces, has begun construction on Hub Clemson, a 1,303-bed purpose-built student housing community located just steps from Clemson University.

The seven-story development will feature 394 units across 821,000 square feet, offering a mix of studio to five-bedroom apartments and a series of three-story, on-grade townhomes. Designed to elevate the student living experience, Hub Clemson will include 20,000 square feet of next-level amenities, such as a rooftop pool and lounge with 360-degree views of Lake Hartwell, downtown Clemson, S.C., and the campus, along with a fitness center and spa, coffee shop, and vibrant communal green spaces.
