A partnership has been established between Mitsubishi Estate Asia Pte. Ltd., McNab, and RW Capital to deliver the A$175 million ($113 million) Elements Budds Beach residential development on the Gold Coast, a coastal city in southeast Queensland, Australia, just south of Brisbane.
This joint venture marks several key milestones, including the flagship project of the newly launched RWC McNab Residential Living Development Fund Series I, Mitsubishi Estate’s first residential investment on the Gold Coast, and RW Capital’s first equity investment with McNab after a long-standing credit relationship since 2005. Mitsubishi Estate provided 75 percent of the required equity capital and brings an exceptional track record in luxury apartment delivery across Australia.
