Loretta Clodfelter serves as editorial director for Institutional Real Estate, Inc. (IREI) and is responsible for overseeing the editorial staff and production of the firm's various publications. Previously, she was senior editor of Institutional Real Estate Americas, IREI’s award-winning flagship publication. She has more than 20 years of experience covering the commercial and institutional real estate industry.

Mr. Eriksen joined ORG in 2016 and focuses on various investment and portfolio management activities. Mr. Eriksen is a voting member of the ORG Investment Committee.
Prior to joining ORG, Mr. Eriksen completed a two-year Investment Analyst program with ValStone Partners, a middle market private equity real estate fund. At ValStone, Mr. Eriksen was primarily responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and monitoring investments made by the firm and its related entities. Mr. Eriksen received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the Boler School of Business at John Carroll University in Ohio.

Dave Splithoff is a Senior Principal on the Marketing team and is responsible for leading the team’s efforts in platform development and capital raising, including ongoing investor and consultant relations, marketing, and communications. Prior to joining Walton Street, Mr. Splithoff was a Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mr. Splithoff received a BA in Psychology from Princeton University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
