Aware Super, one of Australia’s largest super funds, has acquired Dutch pension fund manager APG's stake in the apartment-hotel owner and operator The July, according to media outlets.
The investment is part of Aware Super’s commitment to invest £5.25 billion ($7.08 billion) in the United Kingdom and Continental Europe over five years after the opening of a London office in November 2023, reported The Hotel Conversation.
