TruAmerica Multifamily, an institutionally focused multifamily investment firm, has announced a series of key leadership promotions as part of its ongoing growth and operational realignment across the western United States.
Representing the Pacific Northwest (PNW) and Mountain regions , Brandy Hildebrand has been promoted to senior director of asset management. Hildebrand joined TruAmerica in 2020 from Pinnacle, where she fostered a long-standing partnership with TruAmerica. Her impact includes onboarding and budgeting for more than 16 assets and successfully integrating the Colorado Springs and Albuquerque markets into the PNW region’s portfolio. In her expanded role, Hildebrand will oversee asset management in Colorado and New Mexico — which encompasses nearly 5,000 units — and mentor incoming team members to support the firm’s continued regional growth.
