Menlo Equities, a private real estate investment and development firm, has plans to launch Menlo Digital, a dedicated data center platform.
The new platform focuses exclusively on the acquisition, development, and operation of mission critical digital infrastructure to meet the accelerating demands of hyperscalers, AI platforms, colocation and interconnection providers, and enterprise users.
Menlo Digital is led by Kevin Kujawski, partner, president and COO; Michael Johnston, partner and CIO; and Jane Vaughan, partner and chief development officer.
