Toby Selman has become the COO of ESR Group’s Asia Pacific–focused data center platform, where he will develop data centers in Australia, Japan, South Korea and India.
He was previously the nonexecutive director of ChristchurchNZ in Canterbury, New Zealand, the city’s sustainable economic development agency. Before that, he served as the director real estate, external investments and partnerships, at the NZ Super Fund, New Zealand's sovereign wealth fund. There, he led the global real estate investment strategy and its execution across Europe, the United States, Australia and Asia, according to Selman’s LinkedIn page.
