Brooklyn hotel sells for $177m

Eastdil Secured and A&G Real Estate Partners have facilitated the sale of William Vale Hotel, a luxury property in Williamsburg, a neighborhood in the New York City borough of Brooklyn.

EOS Hospitality is the new owner, according to the release. The $177 million transaction was approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on May 29.

The hotel is located near Kent Park, totaling 183 rooms spanning up 21 stories. It is one of four luxury hotels in Brooklyn. Built in 2016, the hotel’s amenities include a restaurant by Andrew Carmellini, 7,300 square feet of high-end indoor and outdoor function spaces and multiple storefronts and offices.
