The New York State Teachers Retirement System (NYSTRS) has committed $300 million to a Prima Separate Account, $100 million to GCM RE Equity Investment Partners 2024 I and $100 million to GCM RE Debt Investment Partners 2024 I.
NYSTRS has invested in past Prima Separate Accounts with Prima Capital Advisors, including $300 million in 2021, $200 million in 2015 and $100 million in 2013.
GCM RE Equity Investment Partners 2024 I and GCM RE Debt investment Partners 2024 I are both managed by GCM Grosvenor, a global leader in alternative investments.
