Henderson Park has appointed Bob Lee as a managing director and global general counsel. This is in line with Henderson Park’s international growth strategy, which has seen the firm gradually expand since its 2016 formation in London to having a team of 90 professionals across six offices globally and managing more than $13 billion of real estate.
Lee joins Henderson Park from Jones Day after almost 30 years as a partner, including the last 18 years as global co-chair of real estate. During his career, Lee has advised on more than $40 billion of real estate private equity capital formations and joint ventures, as well as being involved in more than $25 billion of real estate portfolio transactions and real estate company and investment trust mergers and acquisitions in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe and Asia.
