Orchard Street Investment Management LLP has acquired two properties in London for a total of £44 million (€54 million).
On behalf of St James’s Place property funds, Orchard Street acquired 6–10 St Andrew Street for £23.5 million (€28.9 million) from Prestbury. The modern office building, located next to Holborn Circus, comprises 4,260 square metres of office space. Tenants of the multi-let building include Arcus Infrastructure Services, Canon UK Ltd, Carter-Ruck Solicitors, ET Group Services and Pinnacle Housing.
