The $10.2 billion Contra Costa County (Calif.) Employees' Retirement Association (CCCERA) has made a $100 million commitment to two funds managed by EQT Exeter, according meeting materials.
The funds are the Industrial Value Fund VI (EIVF VI), which focuses on warehouse, light industrial and final mile properties, and the Multifamily Value Fund II (EMVFII), which focuses on residential rental properties.
CCCERA committed $60 million to EIVF VI and $40 million to EMVF II.
EIVF VI closed earlier this month, raising $4.9 billion in fee-generating assets under management.
