AsheMorgan plans $471m BTR development in Melbourne

AsheMorgan, a specialized real estate investment and advisory group, has unveiled plans for one of Australia’s largest build-to-rent (BTR) developments in Docklands, an inner-city suburb in Melbourne, Victoria.

It will be an A$700 million ($471 million)–plus project known as District Living.

Located at 24 Little Docklands Drive, District Living will comprise more than 900 BTR apartments across two buildings and will offer a generous mix of studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments as a means of catering to young families within the Docklands Primary catchment.

Residents will have access to 4,000 square meters (43,100 square feet) of amenities, including a state-of-the-art wellness center with a fitness studio, plunge pool, sauna and steam room and a stunning sky terrace with kitchen, dining and relaxation spaces.
