Chartwell Hospitality, in a joint venture with co-developer Southstar, has broken ground on the $500 million Aureum Project in the Nashville suburb of Franklin, Tenn.
The 22-acre mixed-use project will consist of 355 residential units, office space, retail, two hotels, and entertainment venues.
Construction will be completed in phases. A completion date was not announced.
