Socimi Colonial has sold three office buildings in Madrid to Prallariz for €300 million ($327 million), according to media outlets.
The properties are in the financial center of Madrid, at 9 Almagro, 56 José Abascal and 11 Miguel Ángel. The assets total 35,000 square meters (376,737 square feet).
