Dream Office REIT has sold the sale of 720 Bay Street, a 248,000-square-foot property located in Toronto, for gross proceeds of C$135 million ($100 million).
The 11-story, fully leased, single-tenant commercial office building is in close proximity to provincial courts and Queen's Park. The McMurtry-Scott Building, named in honor of two former attorney generals, is the current headquarters of the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General.
