AmCap has acquired Liberty Square, a 107,431-square-foot, high-volume, grocery-anchored, shopping center in the Chicago suburb of Wauconda, Ill.
Liberty Square is located at the northeast corner of Rand Road (U.S. Route 12) Â Liberty Street (State Route 176) in Wauconda, Lake County, Illinois, approximately 37 miles northwest of downtown Chicago. A 54,522-square-foot Jewel-Osco anchors the center, which is also home to several complimentary businesses and restaurants, including the U.S. Postal Service, Charter Fitness, KFC, Subway, Pet Supplies Plus and PNC Bank.
