Argosy Real Estate Partners V, a closed-end fund managed by Argosy Real Estate Partners, is more than halfway to its fundraising target, IREI has learned.
According to a recent SEC filing, the fund has raised more than $264 million against its $400 million target. Argosy Real Estate Partners V opened to investors in January 2021.
IREI has learned the value-added and opportunistic fund will invest in diversified property types in the United States. The firm declined to comment on its fundraising activity.
