Related Real Estate Debt Fund, managed by New York City–based Related Cos., has raised $460 million against a target of $750 million, according to an SEC Form D filed April 20.
Related Real Estate Debt Fund has collected capital from four investors, a year after launching in April 2020.
As the name implies, the fund will target real estate debt investments in the United States.
