Frasers Property has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with a a joint venture company established by Tishman Speyer RMB Funds and Shanghai Dowell Trading Co.
The sale comprises 100 percent of equity capital in Beijing Fraser Suites Real Estate Management Co. for RMB 1.61 billion ($248 million).
Frasers owns an apartment project named Beijing Fraser Suites International Apartment, located at no. 12, Jintong West Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing.
