Hong Kong–listed developer Shui On Land and Grosvenor Group have agreed to form a 50-50 joint venture to purchase the Nanjing International Financial Center office tower in Nanjing, China, for RMB 1.62 billion ($250 million), reported Mingtiandi.
The seller was Sanpower Group.
The asset totals 109,196 square meters (1.2 million square feet). It consists of a 45-story class A office tower and a seven-story retail podium.
