Bell Partners acquires two Massachusetts apartment communities on behalf of Fund VII

Bell Partners has acquired two adjacent apartment communities in Westford, Mass., on behalf of the firm’s Fund VII investors.

The two properties, known as Hanover Westford Valley and Hanover Westford Hills, will merge to form Bell Westford, which will become the fifth community owned by Bell Partners in the greater Boston area.

Bell Westford will comprise a mixture of 408 apartments and 12 townhomes. The community is located along the I-495 corridor, which features a range of technology and healthcare employers, as well as retail amenities. In addition, the Littleton/Route 495 commuter rail station provides direct access to North Station via the Fitchburg Line.
