The San Antonio Fire & Police Pension System has approved a $20 million commitment to the Black Creek Industrial Fund (BCIF), a core-plus fund managed by Black Creek Group.
The fund targets industrial, logistics and warehouse assets in the United States.
A recent SEC Form D filed in July shows the fund with $396.5 million in capital commitments.
The commitment follows an earlier investment of $50 million by the Ohio Police & Fire (OP&F) Pension Fund in October.
