Grosvenor Americas, part of the Grosvenor Group, has appointed Isaac Metzger to its Washington, D.C., investment team as vice president. He will be responsible for acquisition and disposition activities in the firm’s markets across the District, Maryland and Virginia.
Most recently, Metzger worked at JBG Smith on a 10-building, $2.2 billion office portfolio, creating and executing value-optimizing business plans and leading capital markets activity for each asset. Prior to JBG Smith, he was with Vornado Realty Trust in its acquisitions division.
Metzger holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and obtained his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
