Kali Persall

Kali Persall is the editor of Institutional Investing in Infrastructure (i3), a monthly publication for members of the global institutional investment community who are invested — or are interested in investing — in infrastructure.

As IREI’s infrastructure specialist, Kali also is responsible for producing the daily infrastructure Newsline, as well as infrastructure-related videos with thought leaders on high-level topics.

Kali joined IREI in 2019 as a reporter, covering the company’s infrastructure, fundraising and pension fund news beats, and she stepped into the role of associate editor in 2022. She has been awarded several APEX Awards for her feature stories. Kali previously produced IREI’s biannual iREOC Connect publication and earned her copyediting credential from UC Berkeley.

Kali received her bachelor’s degree in communications with a media production option from California State University, East Bay in 2017. She also is a certified technical writer.
