Keppel Capital’s Korean unit has been named the preferred buyer for a trio of Seoul office buildings valued at a combined KRW 450 billion ($400 million), according to a report in The Korea Economic Daily.
The seller is Samsung SRA Asset Management.
The buildings are the 42,346-square-meter (455,809-square-foot), 21-story Yeouido Finance Tower in Yeoido; the 18,606-square-meter (200,273-square-foot), 20-story Nonhyeon Building in Gangnam-gu; and the 13,007-square-meter (140,006-square-foot), 15-story Hannuri Building in Jongno-gu.
