The Pembrook Group, a private equity fund manager, has opened to investors its next real estate fund, PCI Investors Fund IV, according to a filing with the SEC. The firm did not comment on its fundraising efforts.
The value-added fund series invests in debt secured by most major property types. The firm’s primary investment focus is on U.S.-based affordable multifamily properties. According to the filing, the firm seeks to raised $500 million for the fund.
Since 2007, Pembrook has sourced and reviewed more than $26 billion of commercial real estate investment opportunities.
