ESR Real Estate (Australia) Pty Ltd has made an unconditional offer to ASX-listed Propertylink to fully acquire the real estate investment manager.
ESR Australia has so far acquired 74.78 percent of PropertyLink as Centuria Capital Group has accepted the offer in respect of its 19.51 percent interest.
