Logos and its joint venture partner, Ivanhoé Cambridge, have exchanged contracts to acquire a 15.3-hectare infill development site in Villawood, in Sydney’s West, for a A$200 million ($126 million) development, according to media outlets.
The seller is Toll Group.
The acquisition is due to settle in late 2019.
Logos plans to redevelop the remaining 11.3 hectares of the site into a logistics and intermodal estate.
