The Pavilion, in Milan’s Porta Nuova, is set to be sold by UniCredit to COIMA RES for €45 million. A 3,000-square-metre LEED Gold multi-purpose building designed by Michele De Lucchi, it is currently used as an exhibition centre. Its unique technical features and 360° visibility provide a high level of flexibility when it comes to leasing strategies. Porta Nuova is now one of the most successful business districts in Milan. Green Street Advisors says that the combined rental and occupancy growth for Porta Nuova offices is expected to be close to 20 percent between 2018 and 2020.
