Newmark Group has agreed to acquire RKF Retail Holdings and subsidiaries that make up the RKF brand.
RKF serves domestic and global clients in services ranging from national tenant and owner representation to advisory, consulting and dispositions.
Newmark’s acquisition of RKF is expected to close before the end of the year and will build upon Newmark’s already robust national retail business that includes retail leasing, retail investment sales, project development retail leasing, retail occupier services and Excess Space Retail Services, a Newmark company specializing in real estate disposition and lease restructuring.
