Shine Associates has hired David Slye as managing director.
Slye has more than 30 years of real estate experience with firms that include NAI/Hunneman; JLL, formerly Jones Lang LaSalle; Spaulding & Slye Colliers; and Leggat McCall Properties.
At each of these companies and throughout his career, Slye’s focus has been on management and leadership, business development, and client relationships. His knowledge of the institutional management industry as well as direct key involvement with real estate services, operating and management companies will help Shine Associates further enhance its “experience based” search process.
Slye has served in various capacities, including board seats, in NAI Global, NAIOP, GBREB, Boston Chamber of Commerce, and Government Properties Trust Advisors.
