Mesa West Capital has raised $643.6 million for Mesa West Real Estate Income Fund IV, according to a filing with the SEC.
The debt fund, which launched in July 2015, is targeting $750 million in equity commitments. The debt fund held a first close of $390 million in January 2016, followed by a second close of $513.6 million a month later.
