Blackstone to sell SF iconic building for $300m

Blackstone has plans to sell The Ferry Building in San Francisco for an estimated sales price of $300 million, according to Bloomberg. 

Also, the firm is selling two other major properties located in Santa Monica, Calif., and Boston.  
The three properties make up most of the $2 billion of assets from the 2007 Equity Office acquisition. ​
