Andrew Pearl, a vice president/division manager at Swinerton, joins the program to discuss the company’s affirmative outlook for the office market. Indeed, the 135-year-old construction and construction services company opened its first New York office in June 2021, dead in the throes of the COVID-19 pandemic, when office workers either fled the city or started working from home.
