Or Agassi, co-founder and CEO of FlipOS, a real estate company dedicated to closing the U.S. housing gap, joins the program to discuss a new model for helping investors in the value-add residential space more rapidly renovate and bring to market homes that are currently unoccupied because of dilapidation or other problems — a segment he dubs “the neglected children of the real estate investment industry.” He and co-founder Tom Sella, Israeli immigrants, have their sights set on adding thousands of U.S. homes per year back into the housing mix.
