The hybrid office model has achieved broad acceptance because it offers a pragmatic balance between providing employees time autonomy while successfully meeting business performance outcomes as well as achieving talent and organizational objectives. We have found 57 percent of employees believe flexible working hours with greater time autonomy would improve their quality of life. Well designed and orchestrated hybrid work programs will enhance the access to distributed digital talent, improve employee retention and reduce real estate cost pressures without sacrificing employee engagement.
